Ebay Addiction….
Ebay Addiction….or EB. It is a true addiction and the addict, like most, doesn’t even know they are hooked. It starts out small. A needed purchase that is easier or cheaper to order online. It arrives on some unexpected day in the mailbox and it feels a little like Christmas. The first taste of Ebay is the most glorious. And the high is wanted over and over again. So a few days after the arrival of the “present” there is down time. This gap in the day is filled with “surfing” ebay. The time is spent looking at large genuine handbags, turquoise jewelry, designer shirts, etc. The pocket-book says no purchases over ten dollars and so one purchases black stick on labels for jars at a mere 6.75 with free shipping. Lord loves China…..they have everything and free shipping.
Sometimes one forgets the purchases one has made and then every few days the mailbox offers up bubble wrapped purchases! One never knows what one will open up.
Sometimes the offering is not great. Yet, other times it is better then the money spent on it! One takes time to peruses the seller and their ratings along with feedback. Once the seller has proven worthy, hit purchase, confirm, pay. And whalaa! A new owner of some treasure.
I would write more but this blog has given me the ebay itch and I better go scratch it! 6.75 plus tax! Well worth it!
