Tips for saving the world one rag at a time

You know what I do with old tee shirts? I rip them up into rags and they are fabo. They are soft, absorbent,  and I don't get crazy if they get stained. Also, if I throw away anything with buttons, I snap off the buttons and put in a jar. I then use the buttons for crafts/cards/etc.
